Job duties:

  • Provide professional and comprehensive support to Senior Management;
  • Handle incoming / outgoing emails and correspondence;
  • Coordinate executive meetings and conferences;
  • Handle and arrange schedules with internal and external parties;
  • Prepare agenda, minutes and presentation materials;
  • Perform general secretarial duties and assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


  • Degree holder;
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in sizable organization serving Senior Executive;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power-point and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good interpersonal, coordination, planning and organizing skills;
  • Energetic, independent, self-motivated and devoted.
