Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial support to Executive Director and his department including preparing appointment schedule, business trip arrangement, meeting arrangement, taking minutes and business correspondences;
  • Assist the Executive Director to liaise with external and internal parties for overall coordination of the group’s business activities;
  • Handle business performance update, meeting presentations and any business related report;
  • Maintain filing system and storage of confidential documents;
  • Perform ad hoc assignments independently as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with formal secretarial training;
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in handling full spectrum of departmental administrative duties;
  • Experience in catering/FMCG industry is an advantage;
  • Pleasant, mature, meticulous and highly organized;
  • Self-driven and capable to communicate effectively with staffs at all levels;
  • Multi-tasking and capable to meet tight schedule;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing.
