Jobs duties:

  • Handling Ad Hoc tasks as assigned
  • Providing full spectrum of PA/secretarial duties in daily operations
  • Prepare documents and coordinate meetings and appointment
  • Support the Management
  • Closely liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
  • Arrange travel / accommodation 

 Requirements :

  • Form 6 or above (University Graduated is an advantage)
  • Good and efficient writing and oral communication skills in Chinese, English & Putonghua
  • Well-organized, presentable and efficient
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • 3-5 years experience in similar role, assisting closely the management, is an advantage
  • Experience in beauty or medical field is an advantage.
  • Capable to cope with multi-tasks in a dynamic working environment
  • High sense of responsibility and honesty
  • "Can Do" attitude
  • Immediately available is preferred
