Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director in coordinating daily business and personal matters including outdoors tasks
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support including drafting correspondence, minutes taking, filing, arranging meetings, appointments, managing Director’s calendar and travel arrangement
  • To deal with internal and external parties as required;
  • Prepare presentation materials and translate documents
  • Handle sensitive information
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
  • F.7 or above with formal secretarial training
  • Minimum 5-8 years working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word & Power Point)
  • Independent and able to take the challenge of work pressure and self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
