  • Provide Secretarial and Administrative support to Senior Management on their business and personal matters
  • Prepare reports, documentations, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes
  • Assist Senior Management to manage the meeting schedules and follow up the tasks
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on business as well as personal matters proactively and independently
  • Handle daily operation of the office
  • Handle ad hoc project as assigned

Required Qualification & Experience

  • University graduates preferably in Business Administration or equivalents
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience 
  • Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Fast and accurate typing skill is a MUST with Chinese Word typing speed not less than 50 words per minute
  • Mature, well-organized, detailed-minded with a strong sense of responsibility, accurate and systemic
  • Able to work independently and under pressure 
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
