  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Director
  • Oversee the work of office secretary and handle a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Office, e.g. conference room booking, dealing with daily incoming/outgoing correspondence by mail, e-mail or phone calls in a professional manner, etc.
  • Liaise with related internal and external parties for coordination of business appointments, travel and related arrangements
  • Provide assistance to members of designated charity and family projects in respect of travel arrangement and other logistics support, which will involve communication with funding partners
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Form 5 graduate or above with at least five subjects, including English and Chinese, at Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained" or above in HKCEE / HKDSE
  • Minimum of five years' relevant secretarial experience in serving senior management
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, with fluency in Putonghua a definite advantage
  • Good knowledge of application software including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Meticulous, self-initiated with good team work spirit
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
