Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to assigned department
  • Maintain the company statutory records and routine filing
  • Provide administrative support including handle business correspondences, presentation materials and other confidential documents
  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support including daily schedule, meeting management, travel arrangement, hotel booking and concerned follow-up tasks
  • Assist and prepare materials for board meetings and committee meetings
  • Assist different projects ranging from but not limited to business activities and marketing events
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned


  • Diploma and above in Company Secretarial course or with relevant experience is preferred, but not necessary
  • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience
  • Excellent PC skills, including MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Good in both interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organised and detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with good sense of responsibility

The position is on a renewable 2-year fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs).
