Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • At least 3-5 years relevant secretarial or administrative support experience in serving Senior Executives
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and  detailed-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executive
  • Manage Senior Executive's daily schedules and appointments
  • Prepare meeting, reports and presentation materials
  • Handle business correspondence, confidential documents, expense claim and other administrative duties
  • Provide support to company activities
