  • Higher diploma or above
  • 2-4 years front desk/customer service experiences in hotel,
aviation or related industry is preferable
  • Experience in MNC is an advantage
  • Fluent in both written & spoken Chinese and English is a must,
proficiencies in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Independent and presentable in handling front desk and telephone enquiries
  • Take initiative. Outgoing personality with good interpersonal
& communication skills, have genuine desire to assist clients
  • Good team player with ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in company secretarial work is a plus
Job Duties:
  • Responsible for general office administrative task, Microsoft Office tasks,
as well as set up & maintain our internet connectivity, working for
multiple clients and managing a number of tasks to meet allocated deadlines
