Secretary

Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and all round support to overseas property team
• Assist in managing daily appointments, meeting schedules and travel arrangements
• Manage telephone calls and prepare documents as required
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary graduate with formal secretarial training
• Minimum of 2 years' secretarial experience in serving senior executive
• Pro-active, well-organized, pleasant with outgoing personality
• Capable of managing multi-tasks and prioritize work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must
