  • Responsible for providing full spectrum of secretarial support
  • To handle high volume of phone calls and mails

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum of 3 years of secretarial or administrative work experience in banking or financial services industry
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail along with the ability to multitask
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Short notice period or immediately available is preferred
