  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial & administrative supports to Chairman & Vice Chairman;
  • Assist in office, personal and family matters; 


    Manage and schedule calendar such as scheduling of appointments, meetings and events, and travel arrangements;
  • Handle business correspondences, monthly Excel reports, minutes, PowerPoint presentation materials;
  • Handle and maintain confidential information and document management;
  • Interact with individuals at various levels in the company and coordinate with different heads, internal and external parties;
  • Other ad hoc projects when being assigned.
  • Degree holder or any discipline;
  • With minimum 5 years’ related experience supporting senior management;
  • Able to work independently, detail-minded, well-organized, with a strong sense of responsibility and high level of accuracy;
  • Ability to multi-task and handle pressure of a fast-paced environment;
  • Good interpersonal skill to communicate with different level of people;
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Good time management skills, able to prioritize and organize well;
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications, e.g. Excel & PowerPoint and Word;
  • Immediate available is highly preferable.
