  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Legal and HR departments;
  • Provide calendar management and scheduling co-ordination on both business and personal issues;
  • Proactively manage scheduling conflicts;
  • Arrange and co-ordinate travel arrangements.


  • Bachelor degree preferred;
  • 3-5 years’ experience supporting senior executives;
  • Good command of written English, Putonghua and Cantonese, ability to speak proficiently in those languages not a priority compared to written form;  
  • Adept in using programs such as MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Chinese Word Processing (ping yin preferred) and video conferencing platforms;
  • Ability to assist with translations of documents from English to Chinese; 
  • Good technical skills in preparing presentation papers using power point and the like;
  • Can work independently with not too much supervision;
  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail;
  • Proactive and have a strong sense of initiatives;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
