Responsibilities

  • Render secretarial and administrative support for the team
  • Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Handle correspondences and documents, prepare reports and meeting papers
  • Assist in research and maintain market database
  • Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements

  • DSE/HKCEE or above with formal secretarial training is preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience gained from property developer or sizable company is an advantage
  • Responsible, self-initiated, meticulous and well-organized
  • Able to handle multi tasks and work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
