Our client is a multi-strategy hedge fund regulated by the SFC. They are now looking for a qualified secretary and personal assistant to assist the daily work of the senior executives

Job Duties:

  • To serve as a personal assistant to managing director;
  • To provide professional secretarial supports, office management supports and HR admin supports to the senior executive
  • To perform book keeping in accounting software system
  • To liaise with service vendors and external agencies on meetings and service scheduling
  • To prepare minutes and general correspondences for the board and senior management
  • To handle general banking transactions
  • To offer reception services to clients and guests
  • To handle ad hoc administrative assignments

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel formula
  • Having work experience in accounting and book keeping
  • Able to type in Chinese and in English
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Highly organized, attentive to details, of pleasant and support personality
  • Higher diploma or degree holder in any disciplines
  • Having over 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
