We are an established health care company in Hung Hom looking for an individual to fill the following position: Secretary/Personal Assistant

Requirements:

  • Has a Bachelor Degree
  • Must be experienced in using AI, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Possess at least 2 years of working experience
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Fluent in Korean is an advantage
  • Provide full spectrum of high-level, confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman
  • Knowledge in bookkeeping and general company secretarial duties is highly preferred
  • Immediate availability preferred

Job Description:

  • Perform secretarial support such as arranging chairman’s personal, business issues and any ad hoc assignments
  • Coordinate daily schedule, personal matter and business travel logistics
  • Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings, annual and business reports
  • Provide general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Arrange invoices for visitors, coordinate calls, transcribe notes and type correspondence.
