Section Head, Business Development (Private Banking Services)

  • Lead the team in formulating business development strategies and plans, work to explore business potentials via different channels including Head Office, Mainland branches, local branches and departments and relevant external parties
  • Achieve business development targets by strengthening relationship with potential private bank clients
  • Keep smooth communications with different business channels and business partners and strengthen relationship for long term cooperation
  • Manage the deliverables in regular and ad hoc reports for management reviews and communications with mainland branches
  • Advise on marketing strategies, marketing campaigns and events to suit business development needs
  • Degree holder with over 10 years’ business development experience and private banking experience is preferred
  • Qualified under SFO for carrying out Regulated Activities Type 1, 4 and qualified as MPF and Insurance Intermediaries
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong in communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Proactive, detail-minded and target-oriented
  • Business trips are required
