Section Head, Compliance
Job Matcher- Lead a team to advise the management and business units on compliance related matters
- Provide support to business and/or supporting units in the implementation and review of policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and internal compliance
- Handle HKMA enquires and follow up actions etc.
- Provide compliance training on a need basis
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
- Degree holder or above in Law, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- Minimum 10 years' solid experience in compliance or internal auditing in the banking sector
- Sound knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations pertinent to bank
The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
