Section Head, HR Policy & Compliance

  • Lead a team in formulating and reviewing HR policies to ensure in compliance with the regulatory requirements and meet with the Bank’s business needs
  • Work closely with business heads in identifying the business requirements
  • Conduct research, prepare proposals, update the policies taking into account of the latest market practice and the Bank’s operational requirements
  • Provide support for various compliance projects and audit exercises
  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Corporate Governance or related disciplines, with a minimum of 10 years’ HR experience with project management exposure, preferably in banking industry
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and strong communication, analytical and team working skills
  • Proficient in written Chinese and English
