Job Responsibilities

  • Work with business and operations team to devise the overall roadmap for system enhancements related to securities trading business to meet business needs, regulatory requirements and operational improvements
  • Manage the planning, organizing and oversee end-to-end implementation of system projects
  • Lead the team to prepare user requirements, and work with vendor and IT for testing and deployment
  • Work with internal units and external vendors to ensure the deliverables are in line with the objectives and project timeline, and fully complied with regulatory requirements and internal policies


  • Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline 
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in financial industries with project exposure related to securities trading 
  • Proven record of project management and deployment. Capable of working with multiple project stakeholders
  • Strong communication, leadership and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, Putonghua is a plus
