Section Head, System Management
Job Matcher- Lead the team to provide systematic guidance and mentoring, monitor project progress
- Prepare business requirements and documentations related to work flow, rules and regulations
- Review functional specifications, provide comments for technical specifications, prepare user manuals and perform user training
- Work with users to identify system needs and produce specifications for the system requirements
- Liaise with various internal teams and external parties for the most effective and efficient solutions, coordinate User Acceptance Testing with end users
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience with solid business knowledge in banking operations, settlement and project management experience is an advantage
- Possess excellent leadership skills, analytical and problem solving skills, able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to build and manage successful relationships with counterparts and IT team
The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
