Securities Service Manager (Retail Banking Department)

Responsibilities:
- Handle phone-in trading calls and acknowledge order with clients by telephone
- Handle clients' general enquiries and complaints
- Comply with the related statutory and regulatory requirements, internal policy and procedure when conducting securities dealing activities
- Assist supervisor in daily operation
- Participate in system testing
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Minimum 1 year's working experience in the position of customer relationship in banking industry an advantage
- Qualified under HKMA/SFC for carrying out securities dealing activities
- Passing relevant professional examinations including FPE/LE is a must
- Skillful in resolving problems and complaints
- Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage
