The HKJC’s Security & Integrity Department is at the center of our core values in ensuring integrity is preserved within our racing and business interests. Our work in Security, Integrity, Anti-Money Laundering, and Anti-Illegal Betting contribute towards the Club’s management of financial crime and corruption risks. We strive to maintain a secure environment to ensure the smooth operation of the Club’s business, and uphold honesty and fairness to help to protect horse racing in Hong Kong.
The Due Diligence and Research Section of the Security and Integrity Department is responsible for conducting due diligence and other research into key areas and issues that impact the Club's operations and integrity.
Attached to the Due Diligence & Research team, you will work on assignments & projects relating to specific topics and areas which impact the Club, including strategic risk mitigation, background profiling and regular monitoring activity.
Evaluate information and sources for accuracy, reliability and relevance in assessing risk
Assist in the production of top-quality research in support of the Research Section’s wider objectives
You should have
A current Undergraduate degree in Social Sciences, Journalism, Risk Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other related disciplines;
Strong knowledge & working skills of Python, VBA & SQL;
Strong knowledge of the MS Office software suite;
An excellent ability in visualizing complex data-driven findings;
A strong interest in general data analytics and a strong willingness to learn more about how big-data analytics can be practically utilized;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
