Security Manager

  • Supervise and train up the security team to perform operation duties
  • Manage a team of security officers to ensure proper execution of security mandates aiming at protecting assets and safety of people
  • Manage and ensure smooth operations of security systems including fire alarms and emergency incidents handling
  • Ensure compliance with all properties security / fire standards, policies & procedures, rules and regulations
  • Identify and lead teams to investigate security issues such as crime prevention
  • Manage security guards, investigation and patrol teams, such as schedule duty roster, monitor performance and conduct routine inspection


  • Degree / Diploma holder preferably in security management or related disciplines or extensive security experiences gained from sizeable security companies or disciplinary services
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years of managerial experience in sizable organizations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication skills
  • Good analytical skill with solid investigation experience
  • High level of integrity and independence
