Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the hotel and Department P&P, severe with oneself.
  • Offer initiative, imperceptibility, and neatly service to the guest according to hotel standard.
  • Assemble at least 5 minutes earlier before duty every day, keep good appearance and energy in the work. Attend department meeting and training on time.
  • Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
  • Keep the maintenance of firefighting and other equipment. Report to Engineering for follow up and maintenance if any defects or malfunction.
  • Protect the crime and the scene of the accident.
  • Arrest current criminal, promote the spirit of good Samaritan.
  • Responsible to security alarms and takes necessary action.
  • Work closely with Guest Relations Manager team and offer assistance when needed such as accompany guest to hospital or police station etc.
  • Work together closely with Guest Relations Manager team to handle hotel emergency cases such as fire alarm, bomb threat etc.
  • Assists other security personnel in surveillance and crowd control during large events.
  • Writes daily reports, notes any unusual circumstances and any damage to property during his period of duty.
  • Required to work on shift bases.

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 level and above.
  • Working in the high standard hotel in Security Department more than one year.
  • First Aider is prefer
  • Able to communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
