Provide general security duties in hotel to ensure a safe and secure environment for our valuable guests
Adhere to local regulations concerning Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), hotel emergency procedures, safety, other compliance requirements, brand standards as well as local policies and procedures
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in hospitality industry
Strong background in customer service oriented, demonstrate ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties
Certified CPR, qualified first aider with valid Security Personnel Permit
Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, OSHA requirements and fire codes and life safety codes
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating and organizational skills
Team player with good communication skills
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good writing skills and computer-literate
