Assist senior executives in formulating and implementing the acquisition, growth and retention strategies for up and mid-segment customers, aiming to achieve the business targets and improve customer experience
By analyzing the customer behaviour and needs referencing market research and customer profile, propose actionable initiatives, according to the defined value proposition of strategic sub-segments, for customer acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrade, customer loyalty enhancement and retention etc.
Liaise closely with product, channel and marketing team to cross-sell suitable bundled products and services to meet target customers' needs holistically, and eventually contribute to the Bank's bottom line
Plan, implement and monitor sales activities, marketing campaigns and customer events
Work collectively with counterparts to drive the development of user-friendly & cost-effective sales and service platforms, aiming to improve customer experience at various touch points, in particular through remote channels
Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related discipline
At least 4 years solid working experience in product management, customer management or sales development in banking industry
Familiar with banking products and operations / service enhancement, and with the drive to strive for success
Be innovative with good organizing & problem solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written, including Putonghua
