The Role Responsibilities

  • Understand business needs of the client and structure suitable factoring solutions.
  • Engage with credit insurance agencies to arrange and manage insurance limits on client.
  • Co-ordinate with the client to get its books of accounts for field survey.
  • Perform analysis of client’s trade receivables as part of overall facility proposal.
  • Engage the business, technology, product, operations, legal and compliance teams in an efficient way for seamless deal implementation.
  • Monitor and review the performance of a portfolio of trade receivables.
  • Perform necessary buyer’s due diligence.
  • Drive utilization of limits by engaging with RMs / Clients and rationalize limits as per client needs.
  • Engage with the clients/RMs for timely renewal of facility.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Graduate / Post graduate from leading universities.
  • Exposure to open account trade / factoring preferred.
  • Team player with the ability to interact with others at all levels across geographic locations and functions.
  • Solid experience in banking (sales / product / credit analysis / trade operations).
  • Some experience in strategic planning and execution in a matrix organization.
  • Strong leadership and motivation capability.
