Job Highlights

  • F&B experience is preferred
  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Prepare daily sales report and bank reconciliation
  • Knowledge of Peachtree is an advantage


  • Handle full set of accounts, preparing vouchers, general ledgers, daily sales report, monthly reports and annual analysis for management overview
  • Closely monitor sales revenue against payment channels and reconcile account receivables
  • Perform bank reconciliation and process payments
  • Participate in administration duties and assist in daily operation including payroll, Tax
  • Responsible for treasury, Cash flow forecasting, Budgeting, Costing
  • General administration duties and H.R. matters
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments when required  


  • Diploma or Degree in accounting or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience, experience in the F&B or catering industry would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and computerized systems is a must
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Hard-working, diligent, accurate, detailed-oriented and self-motivated
  • Able to meet tight timelines, work independently and under pressure
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
