What You Will Do:
- Handle full set of accounts independently
- Handle filing, data entries, and general administrative duties
- Preparation of account payable vouchers and the payment arrangement;
- Assist in month-ended closing and accounting schedules;
- Collect and follow up on all outstanding receivables
- Audit experience preferable
- Handle staff expense claims and accounts payable
What We Are Expecting from You:
- Experience in Peachtree
- Tertiary degree/diploma or above preferred
- Minimum 3 year’s experience
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Word
- Mature, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
