Senior Account Clerk/ Account Clerk

The Organic Pharmacy, an organic skin care brand, was established in 2002 in London. Today we have stores and distribution over the world. We are now looking for high-calibers to join us.


  • Responsible for general accounting duties including AP & AR, vouchers preparation, cheque and bank reconciliation
  • Handle month end closing and annual audit preparation
  • Prepare financial statements & sales breakdowns
  • Maintain accounting records & system expense input
  • Verify sales report and prepare invoice & credit notes
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Assist in any ad hoc task as assigned


  • Diploma in Accounting/Finance or above with LCCI intermediate level
  • At least 2 year’s working experience in accounting, experience in using Quickbook Accounting system is an advantage
  • Experience in retail industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Chinese & English word processing
  • Detail-minded, independent, good communication and analytical skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be consider as Account Clerk
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
