Senior Account Executive (General Insurance)

Responsibilities:

• To provide professional insurance advice and day to day service to designated key accounts
• To handle full set of insurance documentation including insurance quotations and proposals, reports, invoice etc.
• To achieve business growth through penetration from existing client portfolio, cross selling to other department, client referral and / or new prospective clients, and to provide support to the company
• Contribute to client relationship building, sales & marketing initiatives, revenue growth and exploration of new business
• Conduct presentation, meetings and surveys with clients and underwriters
• Monitor premium payment and credit control from clients and overseas offices / partners
• To support the claims department on major and problematic claims, and facilitate the communication with the clients, the insurers and the overseas offices if appropriate
• To handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate and/or holding of professional insurance qualifications
• 1-2 years’ experience in handling SME/Corporate accounts in general insurance industry and in broking field will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude and customer-oriented mind set
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadline simultaneously, and good at job prioritization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be an advantage
• Familiar with computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager/Account Manager
