Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support day to day activities of marketing campaigns / CRM and loyalty program’s operations for both Hong Kong
• End to end campaign management in Marketing Automation Tools
• Compile reports and co-ordinate with different parties for project implementation
• Ongoing relationship management with clients and internal teams
• Support research and analysis of market trend/industry insight
• Handle ad-hoc projects as and when required by the company

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing or Business related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in loyalty / marketing agency, experience in FMCG industry will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
• Well organized and have excellent attention to detail
• Data analytics background will be an advantage
• Ability to handle multi-task and deliver high quality work across markets to tight deadlines
• Energetic, proactive, passionate and confident personality is preferred
