  • Drive sales activity and maintain long-term relationship with online and offline retail partners.
  • Develop and maintain clear and actionable plans and tactics to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and build new business opportunities and sales channels for business expansion.
  • Pioneer new sales initiatives to strengthen sales force and achievement.
  • Coordinate new product launches with existing and new retail channels.
  • Work closely with marketing, logistics and frontline team to maximize brand exposure and to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales trends and market intelligence to provide regular updates, forecasts and recommendation to management.
  • Plan and participate in sales roadshows, bazaars and other industry events.


  • Degree holder in any discipline with 5 years or above sales experience.
  • Experience in FMCG, toys or baby business is highly preferred.
  • Excellent understanding and familiarity of current chain stores’ and online retailers’ operation.
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, strong social and communication skills.
  • Good numeric and analytical ability.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered Account Manager.
