Senior Account Manager - Banking

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients stakeholders by managing client expectations effectively, anticipate client needs and proactively provide relevant solutions
  • Be a strategic advisor for the client stakeholders and executive sponsors by providing consultation on banking industry best practices and ideas to enhance their regular Software Delivery management
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our IT solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • To liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our IT solutions according to customer needs by different banking projects
  • Closely collaborate with IT service Provider center from Xi An China , acting a focal point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers from HSBC Software Delivery Hong Kong
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed, and provide improvement plan when necessary
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment, providing presentations to customers of specific banking projects


Requirements:

  • Degrees in Business, Marketing, IT, or any other related fields are typically required
  • Formal sales training experience, Marketing and business development experience ,banking and finance background will be a distinct advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team would be an advantage
