Senior Account Manager

This company provides leading edge talent management solutions and assessment solutions to multinational companies throughout the world & have a global footprint in more than 50 countries.

In this role you will actively hunt for new accounts and generate new business revenue, build a strong portfolio & drive revenue growth.


  • Maintain & grow relationship with a portfolio of strategic & key accounts
  • Identify cross-sell & up-sell opportunities
  • Develop strong business relationships
  • Achieve detailed understanding of client's business & talent needs
  • Deliver sales presentations to high-level executives
  • Project management


  • 5-8 years total work experience, with 2-3 years successful sales experience
  • Strong solution sales experience
  • Ideally possess a Bachelors degree
  • Proficient in English & Cantonese (Oral & written
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong networking & negotiation skills
