Job Summary:

The Senior Account Manager is a field sales role responsible for both direct client contract value retention as well as growth through contract expansion and the introduction of new products and services. They work with clients and prospects in a specified territory to ensure they understand and receive maximum value from their First Advantage services. Grow our business by engaging C-level executive clients and prospects while maintaining a quota within a specific territory. Retain current clients while working to increase their satisfaction and account growth.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Consult with senior executives, including c-suite, to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by First Advantage’s products and services
  •  Account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention & account growth
  • Quota responsibility of contract value within a territory of major account sized client accounts, with strong focus on growth accounts
  • Deep understanding and consistent execution of First Advantage’s internal sales methodology
  •  Drive, and collaborate with other internal functions to follow up and close client’s outstanding issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proficient in account planning and understanding of territory management
  • Run forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  • Maintain competitive knowledge & focus

 

Requirement

  • Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in managing and growing global and / or regional accounts and major corporate.
  • Ability to prospect and handle C-level and senior level relationships within medium and large organizations
  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • Confirmed experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their business
  • Excellent written and oral/presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with contract decision makers (c-level)
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close 
  • Fluent in English and local dialect is a bonus.
  • Occasional international travel
  • Occasional off-site meeting
