What you will do
This person will join the finance team in Hong Kong. She/he will report directly to the APAC Finance Director. Work closely with APAC Finance Director and shared services team located in HK, Singapore and Australia on financial related processes, including AP, AR, GL and FA for Asia Pacific countries covering Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and Australia.

How you will do it
As a Senior Accountant you are responsible for APAC billing process, ensure billing is performed on a timely basis and per financial deadline. Review documents provided by sales and implementation team to ensure all billing request received meet the billing requirement and assist in rolling out standard operating procedures defined by management among ShopperTrak APAC operations. Managed stock take and associated reconciliation. Coordinate for vendor payment process and follow up with shared services team on long outstanding vendor payments. Ensure company standard payment term and processes are adhered. Work closely with regional sales team and local sales personnel in HK and China on various financial related matters, including AR aging and prepare monthly end required reporting for APAC.

What we look for

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Regional exposure in APAC, with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent spreadsheet and IT skills
  • Experience in APAC billing process in a complex MNC, or of the statutory audit of such organizations


  • Excellent awareness of current technical accounting and reporting requirements under both IFRS and US GAAP, and the ability to apply these requirements in a pragmatic and commercial manner
  • Ability to plan and manage own workload in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to use initiative and creative thinking to anticipate issues and develop common sense, practical solutions
  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Confident and flexible team player; and
  • Familiar in Hyerion reporting
  • Immediate available
