Senior Accountant

Job Description

• Responsible for full set of accounts
• Perform daily accounting duties such as AR, AP, issue of cheque, TT application, data input & filing
• Responsible for month-ended closing and preparation of schedules
• Prepare accounts and management reports for management review
• Reconciliation of sales with bank receipt
• Arrange documents of credit card installment transactions to banks
• Liaise with external auditors and professional firms
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy
• Minimum 6 years working experiences in handle full set of accounts
• Experience in Multiable & WeM Beauty Management system is highly appreciated
• Proficient in Excel including Pivot table
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
