Assist Senior Manager/Manager in performing group consolidation and daily accounting and financial operations
Responsibilities
Prepare month end closing, financial reporting and consolidation for the group
Prepare reconciliation, breakdowns and analysis for month-end closing
Deliver the statutory financial statements and tax documents of subsidiaries
Liaise with auditors and other external parties (e.g. JV partners) for all aspects of accounting, audit, tax and compliance
Standardize the financial reports and assist in carrying out process reengineering to improve efficiencies
Participate in system implementation/enhancement related to Finance to ensure that the system setting and reporting align with the accounting requirement
Handle ad-hoc assignments/ projects as required
Requirements
University graduate with HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in handling and/or reviewing consolidation process, plus financial reporting gained from big 4 accounting firms and/or sizable multi-national corporations (Exposure in property industry is highly preferred)
Good understanding of HKFRS and extensive experience in consolidation
Attention to details and accuracy, work independently under minimal guidance, self-motivated, capable to handle tight timeline
Ability to handle multi-tasks and respond effectively to ad-hoc requests
High competence in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Well versed in MS Office and experience in using SAP (especially BPC module) is an advantage
