Senior Accounting Assistant (Accounts Payable)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for financial accounting of the company, in particularly, Accounts Payable and General Ledger functions; 
  • Check and process payment vouchers and invoices;
  • Prepare intercompany billing and reconciliations;
  • Create and maintain royalty agreements and payments;
  • Prepare reconciliation and analyse key account balances and transactions;
  • Provide supporting documentations for internal, external and hub control audits;
  • Co-ordinate with team members and support the initiatives for workflow and process improvement and system enhancement;
  • Assist in month-end closing;
  • Backup electronic payments and petty case reimbursement;
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support as required;
  • Work on ad-hoc projects as directed by supervisor.

Job Requirements: 

  • Higher diploma or above in Accounting or Finance disciplines;
  • 5 years' solid commercial working experiences;
  • Practical experiences in SAP and electronic banking is preferred;
  • Good team player and able to interact with people at all levels;
  • Highly organized and attention to details;
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines;
  • Fluent in English and Putonghua;
  • Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing.
