Senior Accounting Clerk (5-day work)

Responsibilities:

• Collect receivables from customers, input receipt at system and prepare statements to customers
• Prepare and confirm invoices to customers
• Prepare reports to management, shareholders and government, including but not limited to monthly accounting packages, cost analysis, balance sheet account analysis and inventory, accounts receivables, bank reconciliations
• Perform fixed assets and inventory count and prepare count report

  Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience; experience in credit control will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, organizing and prioritizing
• Good initiatives of work, out-spoken and of excellent communications
• Able to communicate in Putonghua, English and Cantonese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
