Senior Accounting Executive, Cash Management
Your role:
- Monitor daily operations of the team including daily receipts reconciliation between receivable system and different payment channels such as autopay, credit card, PPS, ATM, 7-Eleven, e-wallet etc.
- Carry out ad-hoc assignment and system testing
- Perform monthly general ledger posting and bank reconciliation
- Provide support for finance and audits conducted by both internal and external sources
- Recommend policies, procedures and new workflow to administer bill receipt process for operational improvement
- Prepare monthly MIS reports
To succeed in this role:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Online purchase, Payment Card, Telecommunications or Finance industry
- Strong leadership, self-motivated and strong passion to deliver result
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office applications and experience in project management is an advantage
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Executive.
