Senior Accounting Officer (HK$25,000-HK$32,000/month)

Job Description

• To provide administrative support to the Director;
• To perform accounting duties, e.g. data entry, preparation of payment certificates, accounts payable tasks, etc. 
• To compile related accounting reports;
• To assist in month-end and year-end closing, and/or support other ad-hoc assignments; and
• To support different teams on administrative works as assigned by the Director.

Requirements

• Holder of diploma or above qualification in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with at least 3 years of relevant work experience;
• Sound knowledge and experience in the construction industry is highly preferable;
• Experience in handling a full set of accounts and accounting software, e.g. Peachtree, would be an advantage;
• A multi-tasker with a positive mindset who is able to work in a dynamic setting;
• Good communication skills, sense of responsibility, attention to details, pleasant personality, and ability to work independently;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
