Job Summary

The incumbent will be assisting Senior Accountant in handling daily treasury function.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare payment by cheque, cash and ebanking
  • Update cheque register and follow up on signing and dispatch of cheques
  • Update receipt files and reconcile with retail and wholesale receivables
  • Prepare journals and analysis for month end closing
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation and journal entries
  • Follow up on sales refund by credit card cases
  • Prepare daily cash flow report and fund transfer
  • Assist in stock take and cash count
  • Filing and other duties as required from time to time

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years relevant accounting experience in a sizable retail company. Experience in treasury function preferred
  • Familiar with ERP system, with knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
  • Proactive work attitude, detail-minded, self-motivated and a good team player
  • Able to work under pressure and meet the tight deadline
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Good command in English & Chinese and good communication skills.
