  • 5 passes in HKCEE / HKDSE including English or equivalent
  • LCC Higher accounting
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience, preferably in estate management companies or related industry
  • Handle full sets of book-keeping for management fund accounts
  • Generate debit notes / reminders / receipts / autopay from billing system
  • Prepare vouchers, cheques, bank balances and time deposits
  • Handle overdue accounts and take follow-up actions
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office with knowledge in Oracle system an added advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
