The Role

The job holder's major responsibilities are to:

  • Responsible for coordination of office repair and maintenance, renovation, relocation, modification and improvement.
  • Administer network copier usage and maintenance
  • Administer stationery, printed matter and office supplies
  • Administer inventory management including record updating, stock controlling, replenishment and sourcing
  • Responsible for pest control including service monitoring and follow up, inspection with Government departments and contractors
  • Liaise with internal customers and monitor the performance of service providers
  • Supervise a receptionist and act as a backup when receptionist is absent
  • Support workplace service hotline
  • Prepare expenses and usage report of relevant workplace services
  • Perform other clerical duties and provide support for other ad hoc projects as assigned by superiors


The Person

The ideal candidate should have / be:

  • Form 7 or above with 5 years clerical and administration experience
  • Knowledge in facility management and ERP SAP system is an advantage
  • Conversant with PC application
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player, initiative and customer oriented
