(Senior) Administration Officer / Administration Executive - 5.5 days ALT work

Location : Central, HK,
Employment type : Full Time, Permanent
Expected salary : HKD 18K-22K per month plus year end bonus
Less experience will be considered as Admin Officer (15-18K)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up Admin Dept Head assigned tasks and tasks tracking.
  • Manage office administration and ensure smooth operation.
  • Please noted that this is not the role of project admin officer, this is the role of Office administration officer / executive, that mean you need to do the full set of general administration duties for the company, not for the project dept only.

Full set of admin. duties, For example, Leading a small team of staffs such as Receptionist, Company Driver, Office Assistant, Tea Lady, Admin Clerk to do daily operation.

Schedule the timetable for this small team of staffs to do daily duties.

  • Build up workflow and procedures and have strong sense on management control.
  • Support other colleagues on ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirement:

  • diploma holder or above
  • 8+ years working experience preferably in sizable company
  • Strong communication and time management skill.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, be a team player, willing to continuously improvement.
  • Good in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Strong computer knowledge - MS word, Excel & Chinese Word processing.
