Senior Administration Officer

The incumbent will work in the Group General Administration Department and be responsible for providing quality service to subsidiary companies and departments. His / Her responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage issues related to company vehicles such as repair & maintenance, license renewal, insurance etc.
  • Monitor company car pool reservation, services delivery as well as pool car drivers
  • Handle auto-toll and fuel cards application, settlement of bills / invoice and expenses claims
  • Coordinate car park matters and operations
  • Provide administrative and logistic support to company events and meetings
  • Provide support to the Department on other administrative duties as and when required


  • Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in managing Vehicle Licence renewal / registration and arranging company car pool
  • Strong sense of responsibility, organized, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works under tight schedules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Holder of driving licence is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Administration Officer.
