Senior Administration Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Perform full range of daily office administrative duties including but not limited to office supplies and equipment, facilities repair & maintenance, mailing system, IP Phone, reception service, logistics support
• Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external parties
• Responsible for office facilities management, repair and maintenance services and relocation projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in sizable corporation
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Knowledge in ISO compliance (e.g. 14001) is a plus
• Proven leadership ability
• Mature, a good team player, responsible, self-motivated and ability to perform multi-tasks
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
